Category B2 authorization entitles the holder to issue Certificates of Release to Service after maintenance work on the avionics systems. This course is designed as per the EASA Part 66 Basic Training Category B2 requirements. B2 – Avionic stream will be predominantly associated with Electrical Power Systems, Aircraft Navigational and Instrument Systems, Communication etc, associating with Electrical, Instruments, and Radio equipment of the Aircraft.


  • An applicant should be at least 17 years of age with the ability to read and understand English.
  • An applicant must be at least Matriculate, O-levels or Equivalent.
